Anya Kress is a freelance contemporary dancer and dance photographer based in Philadelphia, PA. She received a B.F.A. in Dance from the University of Iowa and has performed professionally in NY, NJ, PA, VA, and IL. She has worked with choreographers Eloy Barragan, Monica Bill Barnes, Jennifer Kayle, and Josiah Cuneo. She is currently a company member with Yu.S.Artistry, and has worked locally with Natalie Gotter and Anne-Marie Mulgrew. As a videographer and editor, she collaborated with Davalois Fearon to create a screendance which premiered at Marymount Manhattan.
